It’s that time again…time for me to chat up the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer!! Wendi and I have started up the team again and are just about to start the fundraising push. We are 90 days from the walk, and that isn’t much time to raise the required $1800….but we’re confident that we can do it.
Something pretty cool….if you visit the Avon Walk Boston 2008 page, and click on "Boston Photos" you will see that out of the 20 photos they chose, there is one of Nancy, Kathy, Wendi, and me from the finish last year!
In an effort to find another way for me to contribute to the fight against breast cancer, I am SO PLEASED to announce that I am now part of the Think Pink photographer network. Think Pink helps breast cancer survivors and their supporters celebrate life with
charitable photo sessions. Any individual who has been diagnosed with
breast cancer or completed treatment in the last 12 months qualifies
for a Think Pink Session.
Sessions are available to document the fight before or during
treatment, or to celebrate the victory when treatment is completed.
Clients will receive a complimentary session, (20) small prints, and a discount off of additional prints and products.
If you know an individual who deserves a Think Pink session, drop me a line!
